Pro-Projects

“The Professional Projects Committee (Pro-Projects) is a community outreach initiative, which coordinates volunteer events for chapter members. The members of the committee are to maintain professionalism (including punctuality and accountability) within the committee and within the communities involved with each initiative to provide an experience that will reflect positively upon Phi Delta Chi. While not all community outreach initiatives center around the focus of pharmacy, it is strongly encouraged that at least one initiative per year is focused upon a healthcare and/or pharmacy centered topic, which impacts the community and/or the study body of Butler University.  Events that have been planned in the past include participation in COPHS-Healthy Horizon’s Community Health Screenings, Rebuilding The Wall, visits and dinners prepared for the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana, Dance Kaleidoscope, visits to assisted living homes, blood drives, and serving at Wheeler Mission soup kitchen”
